Spelt Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

My babies love pancakes. It's like dessert for breakfast. So I switch the recipe up pretty often. Today I decided to make cinnamon apple pancakes. These also have a hint of spices added and of course the sea moss.

What you will need is:
2 cups organic spelt flour
1 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
1 teaspoon sea moss powder
1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
1 organic granny smith apple diced
1 teaspoon organic grade b maple syrup
1 teaspoon organic extra virgin olive oil (evoo)
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
Dash of all-spice

Putting it together:
Whisk together spelt flour, sea moss powder, and spices in a bowl. Add extract, apple, evoo and syrup. Stir in milk. Pour into heated pan and cook evenly on both sides. I added an extra dash of cinnamon on top of the pancakes when they were cooking. I also used organic coconut oil to fry the pancakes in.
