Coconut Kamut Spiral Pasta


This is one of my family's favorite dishes. I've almost mastered it so I have to let you all in on how to make this recipe, because it is honestly delicious. Any recommendations or spin-offs, please feel free to comment. It's simple, organic, vegan and homemade. 

What you will need is a box of kamut spiral noodles, vegan butter (with olive oil), a can of unsweetened coconut milk, himalayan pink sea salt, cayenne pepper and a bag of sweet peas. Boil the noodles first, strain then put in bowl. Mix 2 tablespoons of butter, the can of coconut milk and spice to taste. Lastly, add the cooked peas and enjoy!
