Pineapple Date Ice Cream

I have to do a short post on this because I'm in the middle of a 7 page paper due today! Happy Mother's day to all the mommy's, grandmama's and mommy-to-be's :D I hope everyone is having a very blessed day with their loved ones. This recipe is pretty simple. You can substitute any kind of vegan milk you want. What I used was a homemade almond date milk, which will be in a following post.  Ever since we went vegan (11 months ago and counting) we get a little more creative in the kitchen when it comes to desserts. A friend from work put the idea of pineapple and banana ice cream in my head. I absolutely love this recipe, it's my favorite so far!


Here's what you need:

1 organic pineapple, cubed & frozen
2 organic bananas, cubed & frozen
2 cups almond milk

Blend all ingredients together in your Vitamix or any other high speed blender.

Sounds pretty simple right?
