1 1/2 cup Spelt Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar (Blonde)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3/4 cup Original Almond Milk
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
1 cup Strawberries (thawed) plus 1 tsp Agave
What to Do:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lay paper liners in the muffin pan. Thaw out strawberries with a teaspoon of agave. I did this over med-low heat in a saucepan. Mix together all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the strawberries. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool before serving.
