What you need:
1/2 teaspoon seamoss
1/8 cup 100% pure maple syrup (grade b)
1 cup alkaline water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 heaping tablespoon raw almond butter
Combine seamoss & water in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
