1.5 cups soaked raw hazelnuts
4.5 cups spring water
2 ripe organic bananas (optional)
2 Tablespoons raw cacao
2 Tablespoons maple syrup (grade b)
pinch of himalayan salt
pinch of cinnamon
Blend the hazelnuts with water in your blender. Strain the hazelnut milk with cheesecloth or a milk bag. Put the strained milk back into the blender, then add the remaining ingredients and blend. Add ice - Enjoy!
