Avocado Kiwi Smoothie

Avocados work great as a base to a smoothie and fill you up for hours.  You can always substitute the avocado for another banana or mango if you don't like the taste. Avocados contain about 20 essential nutrients, fiber, potassium, B-Vitamins, folic acid and the fat-soluble Vitamin E. They also help prevent cancers and lower cholesterol. 


What you need is:
1/2 Organic Avocado
2 Organic Kiwis
1 Organic Banana
2 Cups Organic Spinach
2 Cups Alkaline Water
